I've had no issues and the zone heating works superbly. All the folks that came out to do the work were great, got the work done within the predicted schedule and were super friendly and professional. Michael came out to do my 6-month service and was great about answer questions I had and clearly enthusiastic about his work. I've enjoyed the experience of working with Foss to improve the comfort of my home.“

“3/2/24: We had bought a house that had an existing problem with the HVAC system that fed hot water to our faucets and radiant heating to our home. We didn't have any hot water coming to the house for a couple of very cold days. So, no hot water and no heat. We called Handy's Heating late on a Friday afternoon and spoke with Mark. We discussed our system and what the issues were. Mark told me he'd have someone out on Saturday to work on it and get it up and running again... though we know we're on borrowed time with this system. Sam, the technician who worked on our system, was really great to work with and gave us fantastic customer service. He took the time needed to troubleshoot it and get it running again. We live in Oak Harbor and he even drove all the way back to Mount Vernon to get one part that was needed, and he came back and finished the job that day. What an awesome thing to do! All I can say at the end of this, was that Mark and Sam gave us great customer service and Kelly gave us an amazing deal. I would highly recommend them and their service technicians.
