I can't imagine that there could be a bad review for either the Ronk Brothers and staff or the technician who did the maintenance and fixing on my furnace. Punctual, kind and friendly right from the moment he introduced himself. Joseph was my technician and explained the details of my furnace and the problem in a way that I could easily understand. He broke down the pricing and helped me choose the avenue that was best for myself and my budget. I will not only use Ronks in the future, but I will also request Joseph again because I feel totally comfortable that he AND the company place their customers in first place.
