3/2/24: We had bought a house that had an existing problem with the HVAC system that fed hot water to our faucets and radiant heating to our home. We didn't have any hot water coming to the house for a couple of very cold days. So, no hot water and no heat. We called Handy's Heating late on a Friday afternoon and spoke with Mark. We discussed our system and what the issues were. The technicians were clean & professional...and (finally) diagnosed the issue with my furnace! I would have given 5-Stars, but the time from when it was diagnosed...until it was repaired to quite a bit of time, and they failed to inform me as to why there was a "delay". The issue was a defective pressure differential switch...and it took so long to get shipped in, I had even thought that they had forgotten that we were still waiting! Believe me...had it not been that I "knew" a work-around to keep us warm...I would have been knocking down there door!!! A No-Heat situation is NO JOKE! Levi arrived early and introduced himself politely. He was so efficient and helpful. He warned us that our furnace was over 20 years old and we chose to order a new one. Great service that we wanted to continue to do business with.
