I can't imagine that there could be a bad review for either the Ronk Brothers and staff or the technician who did the maintenance and fixing on my furnace. Punctual, kind and friendly right from the moment he introduced himself. Joseph was my technician and explained the details of my furnace and the problem in a way that I could easily understand. He broke down the pricing and helped me choose the avenue that was best for myself and my budget. I will not only use Ronks in the future, but I will also request Joseph again because I feel totally comfortable that he AND the company place their customers in first place. Located inside a tanning salon, Pleasant service, Owner couldn't fully do a fade cut on a men's hairstyle, Service came with a Shampoo and Conditioner treatment. I didn't receive and or wasn't asked if i wanted to do it. Price was High for no reason. 35 dollars for a simple haircut yikes.Service: Haircut
We love bringing our cat here. It's quiet and the staff are so kind. Other places that board with dog kennels were super stressful to our cat. He was really mean to the staff at other places which I think was from being over stressed from hearing dogs barking all day. Here he lets the staff pet him and is mellow when we pick him up. The rooms are tall with shelves to jump on or lay on. This time he got a room with a view.

I found this studio months ago and finally decided to make an appointment. They have full books which is always a good sign. My first interaction with the studio was by phone call. They had called me to talk about the service I had booked and wanted to talk about what specifically I wanted done. I believe it was Heidi who advised me that it would be better to book with Sarah versus Laura for the particular service I wanted done. I thought it was amazing that cared enough to make sure I got what I wanted. I was lucky to get an appointment with Sarah, when I arrived for my appointment, the atmosphere was very comforting and home like feeling. Very welcoming and relaxing environment. Sarah was absolutely incredible. I was getting my grown out, fully bleached hair transitioned into a balayage. I wanted the natural regrowth of my hair to be blended in with the lightened part to make it look more natural. The results are absolutely stunning and it is exactly what I envisioned. The level of skill and perfection that woman possesses! The strategically placed foils, the meticulous blowout, the scalp massage from seasoned hands, the cut and style! All of it!! What a treat! Hands of steel massage is “hands-down“ the best massage therapy I have ever experienced. Willie is very smart about how to help muscles release and his use of fascia release methods has really helped me. His studio is a wonderful, relaxing place which he puts a lot of time into making beautiful.I really appreciate the fact that he uses massagebook to self-book appointments, which also sends reminders.Convenient location, good parking and best of all, a great practitioner.
Wow. What can I say but awesome things about this business. Four months ago we had all of our ducts cleaned and then sealed with Aeroseal by Eric. The service is not cheap but it is worth the cost and pays for itself over time so I thought of it like an investment. We could actually feel the improvement in our indoor air quality from day one. We have two allergy sufferers in the house and is especially appreciated by them. I just paid our second PSE bill since getting this service and compared to the year before our bill was WAY down even though PSE rate are way up. It is really incredible. We have an electric heat pump and now the efficiency is really noticeable, and it runs way less. Our house is transformed night and day. Turns out we were heating our crawlspace. He gave us a print out that showed the system tested before and after. We were losing the equivalent of 124 refrigerators per hour and now and now there are no leaks!!! Thank you for Eric.

A - 1 is an excellent tree service. The cedars has used some others but nothing compares to the service of A 1. They are very reliable and do an excellent job in cleaning up as well.

After getting bids from 3 other landscapers, I selected Ricky and Stephanie because their communication was prompt and articulate. They gave a clear, itemized written bid and their available construction date which was about 2 months later. To my amazement, Ricky began and ended construction on the exact date they bid, and finished on time and on budget. Wow! I've owned homes for 45 years, and never experienced such professional skill. They are excellent team. Stephanie handles most of the written communications and financials. Ricky clearly knows his stuff around landscaping. I felt in good hands throughout the process, and can recommend them without any hesitation. If Yelp allowed more than 5 stars, I'd happily give them more!
When I got my service dog I thought I'd just take him to the groomer I've used for years. She is an hour away but I trust her implicitly for a number of reasons.So I was a little upset when she told me that she was no longer grooming and was taking a new path. I mean, I was happy for her. She deserves every good thing but sad for myself.Now I was on a journey to find a groomer for my pooch closer to home.Here's what happened and I won't name names.I called and called different places. No one would call me back. I found a gal who's contact info was on Facebook and messaged her. She got right back to me but said texting her was better and gave me her phone number.So I sent her a text. Crickets. I wait awhile and check in just in case she missed my message. Nothing. I checked in on messenger again. Nothing.And on it went. And then it dawned on me.My service dog is a Goldendoodle.There's a lot of unhappiness for groomers surrounding doodles of all kinds. If you are so inclined, do a quick search and you will find info but in a summary: people don't tend to understand how to care for the doodle coat. They brush and wash etc and then they take their baby to the groomer. When they get back to pick up baby, s/he is shaved down to the skin and looks really silly and not at all what the owner asked for.Then the owner explodes and yells and screams at the groomer.The trouble is, they don't understand that their dog has a double coat. When they brush, they aren't brushing down to the skin. They think they've done a good job but they haven't. The groomer gets them and the bottom coat is entirely matted. The only answer is to shave. It's very painful to try to comb out. A lot of stress on the poor dog and the mats themselves are painful. So.I did get ahold of one person who was extremely not interested but she did say that Robin's might be able to help me as they'd hired someone who specializes in doodles.Now, I had actually called them earlier but they were super busy and very loud. The person was a bit hurried and I couldn't really tell what she was saying. I don't blame her because it sounded like they had Noah's Ark in there.But I call them back and this time I do get someone and they are willing to work on my adorable and well behaved service doodle. When I arrive, they aren't very friendly, but pleasant enough. I know I made the groomer nervous because I told her I wanted him short and I wasn't hung up on style aside from short. I'd leave that to her and trust her judgement. The look on her face.Well, when I came to get my doodle...he comes prancing out and he was absolutely GORGEOUS.Just lovely in every way. I couldn't have asked for better! And you could tell how proud he was. He was REALLY feeling himself!Each time, they get a little bit more friendly and honestly, while I wouldn't entertain jerks, I'm not paying them to be super friendly. I'm worried about my dog having a good time and every time I get him, he's happy and ready to show off. I just went and picked him up from a mid-way appt they squeezed me in for. We are going to be in a photo shoot and they even asked me what color of bandana would match. The waiting area is a little dismal but they turn out beautiful dogs...not dismal at all.So if you are going through the doodle struggle, I recommend Robin's. If you just need a groomer, I'd say definitely give them a chance.
