Then Doctor Gartner arrived and gave me a clear understanding of the techniques she would be attempting to fix my issue. She tried a few times but my spasmed muscles were not cooperating. She looked deep into my eyes and let me know she had many more techniques. Her confidence gave me so much reassurance. Sure enough she managed to relocate my shoulder and ease my pain. “Dr Tuvien Le (my PCP) is wonderful! I had an initial physical with another female PCP at the Overlake Issaquah clinic and it was one of the least pleasant health encounters I’ve had. Fortunately, I was able to switch to Dr Le. He’s professional, efficient, courteous, a good listener, and responds promptly to messages. His team is also professional and helpful. Highly recommend Dr Le.“

I’ve been trying to get my medical wellness exam at other hospitals with no luck or having to wait 5 months out- I scheduled one at Zoomcare for the following weekend with no problem. “I am rating this good because my Doctors at this facility are excellent. My doctor asked me to stop and make an appointment for a CT scan at radiology on my way out today. There was no line, it was empty. I asked to make an appointment and the woman LOUDLY refused. I explained my doctor asked me to make the appointment, she LOUDLY complained that she has talked to her Manger and said she doesn't have time to make appointments (again no line, no one there). I'm embarrassed, HPPIA? everyone now knows my business right in the middle of the waiting room. It was not professional. I don't think the patient should not be treated this way. Very very poor front end customer service. I asked her to lower he voice before I walked out.“

“They are conveniently located just past down town Bellevue. We had an appointment, check-in was easy, and they're a friendly bunch. Parking was also easy.“
