“I really appreciated the easy analogy used to explain my rotator cuff issue. His assessment was conservative and gives me the opportunity to try to heal through PT first. He also listened carefully to the timeline surrounding my work travel and schedule. Thank you!“

“I was very fortunate to be seen by Ms Graham after a full knee replacement. Her experience helping others who had this surgery was reassuring and added to my confidence. Her therapy was exceedingly effective and most certainly contributed to my doctor telling me, at my 6 week follow up, that I needn’t come back to see him- other than for the normal one year X-ray. In addition to Ms. Graham’s technical expertise and acumen, she possesses an engaging, compassionate and confidence inspiring personality. My unqualified highest recommendation!!“

Overlake Clinics Musculoskeletal Medicine at Highmark Physical Therapy

“I've come here for my past three powerlifting-related injuries and had a great experience every time. Summer of 2024 I had my knee so badly inflamed that I couldn't bend it at all without burning pain, and after about four months with Nathan I hit a new squat personal best at 440lb. Spring of 2025 I came up with a bad case of sciatica two months before a competition, and they had me symptom-free in time to finish my training and compete as planned. The wait for an appointment is relatively short, everyone I've worked with has been empathetic and very capable, and you really don't have to self-advocate all that hard in order to get a good standard of care, they won't just do the bare minimum and then shove you out the door, as is all too common elsewhere. The PTs here have taught me a lot about injury prevention and recovery, and have always been communicative about the theory behind the treatment, as well as frank about the degree of certainty versus experimentalism in each approach.

Only minor grievance is that I do find that I have to keep an eye on MyChart after an appointment, sometimes I'll pay the initial copay in person, and then I'll pay the rest online when the bill comes in, and then there may be a third or even a fourth billing later for the same appointment and I won't find out until I'm snail-mailed a notice that there's a balance I haven't paid yet. Unsure whether this is an issue with the clinic's billing or with my insurance provider.“

“We can’t adequately express our appreciation and gratitude for the Waypoint team! We worked with them for a short time (wish we would’ve found them sooner!), but it was so impactful and we saw HUGE improvement in our son (2-years-old, cerebral palsy). They are kind, friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and organized. We will miss them when we move away! ?“

“Reid is extremely knowledgeable, easy to work with, and has helped significantly with my SI Joint/leg pain. Going to my appointments feels like catching up with an old friend and he always manages to make me laugh (even when I’m grumbling about the exercises). I appreciate that he takes the time to listen to my concerns and is happy to answer my questions. Bella, the Office Manager, is also incredible to work with for scheduling, billing, and the like. I would absolutely recommend Phenix PT for any injuries or chronic pain you may be suffering from.“
