“My visit with the doctor was perfectly fine the one reason I give a 4 stars review is because I received a text that I should arrive at 8.15 for my 8.30 am appointment however the office does not open until 8.30. So they had me wait outside and when mentioned that the answer was of yeah we need to change that. I feel that if you know that ii is happening you should at least open the door and let people wait inside. It makes me feel it was poor customer service.“

During my last visit, Jenny helped me pick out new progressive lenses and she really listened to what I liked and didn’t like, and even pulled a few frames I wouldn’t have chosen myself that ended up looking amazing. “What a pleasant experience! The selection, quality and craftsmanship went above and beyond my expectations. The shop owner is very kind and took the time to explain and provide examples for various lenses that would work with my high prescription. They have the newest styles including light weight, quality metal frames at an incredible price! In under an hour I had new frames and high index lenses cut to perfection for less than the frame price at other stores. The shop owner even adjusted and repaired my sunglasses for free. This will be the only place I get glasses from now on. Thank you!“

“Came to this location for my first vision exam since moving to Marysville last year. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. All my questions were answered by the staff. Not having my eyes dilated due to their machine was an added bonus!

I came back a few days later to really take my time to find a new pair of glasses. HUGE shoutout to Geo for making this second visit the most enjoyable experience in choosing a new frame. She was knowledgeable about what frames suited my facial features and patient with my indecision of color choices. I’m really happy with my choice of frames because of her!“
