Exceptional service, professional, prompt and honest.I hope this review highlights the incredible culture and values this company is operating by.I bought new glasses in August of this year, the company has a 90 day return/change policy if the prescription is wrong or doesn’t fit. Unfortunately, my prescription wasn’t exactly what I needed (too strong) and I promptly lost my glasses. Since then, I lost two people to cancer, and both parents were diagnosed with dementia. I highly recommend Dr. Karrick. During a routine eye exam, he discovered that I had a hole in the macular of my eye and immediately referred me for surgery. His office staff set up the specialist referral and streamlined the whole process. Surgery was successful; I'm obviously so happy with the care I received for both the needed surgery and the follow-up for cataract procedure.

Everyone here is very helpful! Dr. Owen is personable and thorough, but also knows what he is doing and doesn't take long to get you out the door with a new prescription. The opticians are great too, I'm pretty picky and they always seem to be able to tell what I'm looking for. When a lens came out of my glasses two months after getting them, they had me come right in and were able to get a new pair of glasses replaced for free in just a matter of days. They have an alternative test where they don't have to dilate your eyes and that's probably my favorite thing! I also appreciate that they have text capability for communications, this is so much easier for me than a phone...read full review
