I was in my appointment in time, process was easy and quick. The doctor was friendly and definitely knowledgeable. I typically don't like franchise as they typically have the worse tech ever or their tech is broken and takes too long to fix them. It's not the case in this location. Side note this location is lens Crafters franchise but it's run by Dr. Kathryn and she was absolutely the best!Recommended
Very detail and informative, patiently examining my eyes and answering all my concerns. Also the sales rep who helped me pick up the glasses, all are very helpful, Angela and Seana. Will recommend this to my friends.
Dr. Kathryn and her associates at this office are very thorough, professional, patient, kind, and listen to concerns. They explain the necessary procedures completely and make sure the patient understands. The office is clean and everyone is efficient.We would definitely recommend this practice and plan on returning when needed. Thank you!
