I’ve been going to Vista Optical for years and I honestly can’t imagine going anywhere else. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable without ever making you feel rushed or pressured into buying the most expensive frames.
During my last visit, Jenny helped me pick out new progressive lenses and she really listened to what I liked and didn’t like, and even pulled a few frames I wouldn’t have chosen myself that ended up looking amazing. The optometrist (Dr. Kwok) was thorough, explained everything clearly, and took the time to answer all my questions.

I’ve been three times to this location, and each time, their manager, Jenny had been great. She helped me get some nice frames and then when there was a defect a few months later, she helped with replacing them with their warranty. I went yesterday, and also took advantage of a BOGO promotion, and ordered a couple of premium frames. They’ll take care of you for sure.

The attention was just so good ? the sales representative was so kind and thoughtful and he really show so much attention to the details. I really recommend, feel sorry I do not remember his name to write here but he was just awesome.
