I am writing to share some well-deserved positive feedback for the Vision Center team. I had an appointment yesterday, but due to a system glitch, my scheduled slot wasn't showing up. Even though they were busy and the wait was going to be 30 minutes, they still offered to squeeze me in.Because I was running tight on time, I asked if I could return the next day instead. The female associate working the desk was incredibly kind and accommodating. She managed to secure a noon appointment for me today. This evening, I was just looking and a very nice lady helped me. She adjusted and cleaned my glasses while I browsed and gave me her honest opinion on new frames. I will be back when I'm ready to purchase due to her wonderful CS and the cute frames
