I give Diana a #1 in sales and she is very patient with me . I have had to cancel several time's as my back is always in cronic pain . I thought that they might dismiss me and they are very good about understanding my situation. I tried to put a star 5 in , but my phone won't let me . As you can see it highlighted all stars. The whole staff goes out of thier way to accommodate me .Diane Harris
One of the only places that would do an exam for my son at age 5. Picked glasses had no idea we would have so many issues because apparently they use this specialty screw. We got the protection plan for replacement, replacements would take a month because of the specialty screw problem and they are VERY FLIMSY bad quality glasses.
This last time when the screw fell out (the common problem) after a couple weeks they called me to say they couldn’t find any replacements of the glasses and my son might need to pick a new pair, but they would call me. They never called me. Now I’m here on my lunch break with my son, we’ve been here for THIRTY MINUTES

100% recommend, Dr. Klindworth is very kind and professional. Always make’s sure you leave his exam room with all your questions answered. Diana (office manager) always goes above and beyond with purchase breakdowns,to deliver top notch service and she’s very graceful . Kelly is the sweetest and I absolutely appreciate the courtesy reminder calls. I am so grateful for the teams communication and support.
