Needed someone with a camera, geolocator, etc. to help me figure out where the drainage lines went under the pad and what was going wrong. They were awesome; helped me find the collapsed line, where the 2 lines went, staked it out, fixed the collapsed line, and matched the concrete with repair. Within minutes I was connected to dispatch up north who assured me they would have someone there within 2 hours on a Sunday. Tessa made sure we had the water off.
They were there in short order set up multiple fans and dehumidifiers. Tessa came Monday to visit the site and spoke to our insurance adjuster which assured them we were doing it right. Thomas the project manager stepped in. They did the demo and the full rebuild and liaised with insurance adjuster which assured the 3 month rebuild. What impressed us—incredibly rapid response; thoroughness; (Tessa)site visit and assuring insurance we were doing the right thing; laying down floor protection for non affected areas; cleanup every single day and perfect rebuild! Had them do an encapusulation of our Crawlspace of this 1980 home and add a Dehumidifier. THen called them back to take care of an outbulding that had mold and bad insulation/drywall. Excellent experience with that as well. And finally called them back a third time to remove all insulation from the attic and replace and seal with brand new blowin insulation. Highly recommend them.
