I have to say hands down Debbie at Coit is the nicest person. I had an issue with a unit, called her up and within 15 minutes, things were scheduled and people were on the way. We had a little issue during the process but Debbie and her colleagues took such great care of my resident, my property and my office staff. Will definitely be keeping her and her team in my contacts! Thank you, Debbie and thank you Coit team!!
