Erasmo and his colleague did a fantastic job on our carpets. They let us know when they were on their way, talked me through what was needed (it had been 4 years and we are on 3 floors) got to work, and gave us good instructions about post cleaning care. There were some long standing stains that they managed to remove. Absolutely delighted with the result.
