“I didn’t end up having any work done, but the entire experience of working with David and the on-site team was very good and worth leaving a review for.The hot water heater in our condo burst, and since it was indoors it flooded an entire bedroom. Flooding and water damage is so stressful, and David really helped alleviate that. He responded to my initial request within a few minutes, took over a dozen calls from me and replied to texts immediately, and got a team out there within a few hours to assess. They couldn’t start work because the leak was still ongoing, but David helped me understand what was happening and what I needed to do. He answered so many questions for me, and was willing to help me understand what my options were.It was a relief when David gave us a transparent cash quote and I would’ve been happy to work with David and team in different circumstances.“

“Putting up the Christmas tree, I noticed what appeared to be water damage on my ceiling. I call Wright Way as they were the first company to come up on my Google search and they offered a free consultation and estimate. I could not be happier with my experience.I called on a Saturday and someone actually answered (24/7 humans). The officer manager took down my information and said someone would reach out to schedule a visit. About two hours later, I got a call and an appointment was scheduled for the next day, Sunday (would have been same day, but I was busy on Saturday). Within 15 minutes of the call, the person confirmed via text message and asked a couple of follow-up logistical questions.The Sunday appointment window (between 4-5pm) was getting close; I got a reminder text 30ish minutes prior to the appointment with a more precise ETA (a specific time 4:15pm). They arrived early, unloaded, and were at my door at 4:10pm).Gear in hand and protective wear on shoes/boots, they quickly inspected the area of my ceiling and the bathroom floor in the room above. Thankfully, there was no active leak or water detected. They where honest and upfront with these results not trying to do work that didn't need to be done. I asked about documenting the visit for insurance purposes (incase the problem worsened) and getting a quote to fix the damaged areas. I was very pleased with how open and straight forward they were even though there would not be "work" from this specific call right away.I was promised a quote for the repair to be sent to me shortly and given an approximation of the duration of the repair effort, when I should expect the formal quote, and the best/worst times to schedule if I wanted to do so in the future.Long story short: quick response, professional people, thorough and patient explanations (even though no work would come from the visit right away), and one happy future customer.“
