“Nobody likes to call a plumber at any time. Had a plumbing emergency late Saturday (9/05/2026) night (9:30pm) that I hoped could be handled quickly.
Jeremy arrived with a positive attitude, professionalism and confident demeanor, quickly neutralizing My anxieties and immediately went to work diagnosing My plumbing emergency.
After a bit of time and tools deployed, Jeremy informed Me that he needed to bring out the big dawg tools. Unfortunately, My plumbing problems required Jeremy to call his field supervisor, Jon Kelly for reinforcements.
They worked together to diagnose how catastrophic my plumbing issues were and succinctly described to me their plan of attack.
After working on possible solutions for a couple of hours, they deduced that my problems were much more advanced and needed major surgery to remedy.
Finishing up around midnight, they scheduled my repairs to begin the next day.
The crew arrived on time Sunday morning, and began digging and diagnosing the extent of the problems.
Actual repairs took about four days, due to the amount of damages to the plumbing system. Throughout the entire time, Jon Kelly was patient with My questions and concerns, honest and transparent with his information and cost estimates.
I dealt mainly with Jon, as he lead the crew members on-site, but the entire crew was outstanding to interact with.
Also, I want to thank the two Excavation Technicians, Aaron and Israel, who not only did a great job on the repairs and heavy labor, but were ABSOLUTELY instrumental in helping Me find My Mother (suffering from Alzheimer's & Dementia), when she wandered away one afternoon.
Long story short, I hope I never need another plumber, but if I do, I'm calling these guys immediately.
