“Nolan was a pleasure to work with. It was an easy process and I got exactly what I needed. My 21 year old roof needed to be replaced and I decided to go with a company that isn’t a huge name to see if I could get a better deal. From the start he was a super nice guy. He wasn’t a regular roof salesman that’s predatory/trying to force you to buy anything. He strictly shows up, gives you a bid, and answers your questions. This is why I chose Nolan. He wants to provide a service, not just cash a commission check like other companies. Nolan wasn’t the cheapest, but wasn’t the most expensive either. His price was very fair for the materials that were used on my roof. We went with Malarkey Vista (he gave me 3 different options), and I’m more than happy with the result. The crew that he sent out was fast. They knocked out my 20 square roof (2000 Sq ft) with about a 6/12 pitch in just one day. I had a lot of plywood that needed to be replaced, which I thought would have slowed them down, but they had a good system going and were good at communicating. They started at 8:45am, and they were gone by 5:45pm. Guys that knew what they were doing and didn’t waste time. The crew was super respectful and the foreman answered all my questions in detail. I was pretty picky about the work done since it was a major house repair, and from everything I saw, their craftsmanship is better than a lot of other roofers. I have a very simple roof design, but all their guys seemed to be trained to know what to do/the right way to get things done. They went an extra step by putting underlayment over the water & ice shield, which helps me feel more confident for the rainy seasons we have here in Washington. They installed drip edges and flashing that helps with redirecting water (that I don’t believe I had before). All the new vents they used were made of metal, which is a plus. The color I went with was midnight black just to keep it sleek. Overall, it was an easy roof replacement experience for me and I would recommend Snohomish Roofing. Thank you Nolan.“

“Best Contracting Company I have worked with...Very Reasonably priced compared to other company's. Very efficient and quality work. Had them do an encapusulation of our Crawlspace of this 1980 home and add a Dehumidifier. THen called them back to take care of an outbulding that had mold and bad insulation/drywall. Excellent experience with that as well. And finally called them back a third time to remove all insulation from the attic and replace and seal with brand new blowin insulation. Highly recommend them.
