The response to our fire and water damaged apartment was swift. The scheduling with sometimes two texts per day, clarified the plans but the daily calls from the project manager (Leena Lambert) helped to clarify the details and to discuss the overall plan. Leena did a fine job of managing the project. Each of the technicians that worked on the job were friendly, hard-working, and professional making my interaction pleasant. I had confidence that each team member I met could handle the work without my supervision. Ian was very professional and did an excellent job coordinating multiple types and teams of contractors for us. We are very happy with the work that was done and our house looks more or less like it did before the extensive amount of water damage we had. Pictured is the completed shower with tile work.
