“Last year 2023 in June we discovered our washing machine had a leak from a small puddle of water in our hallway. After finding a plumber to come out that morning my next call was to McCarthys General Contractor. Their website said they specialized in water damage. Anthony came out in the afternoon. He had a device that located water in the walls. He set up a time for the mitigation with Christian and Hunter. They demoed the hallway and the washing machine closet to dry out the area. My husband and I picked out flooring to replace the laminate hardwood. Had to be ordered so it took a while. Meanwhile Alredo and his partner replaced all the insulation and drywall. I had paint left over from painting downstairs so that made it easy to color match. They did a great job!! Brian put in our new LVP flooring...it looks amazing!!He replaced all the moving as well throughout the downstairs and painted it as well. The washing closet also had a new floor put in too with vinyl laminate. The last thing we had to do was to replace the carpet upstairs. From the drying process the back of the carpet delaminated and ripped. We had our stairs, hallway, media room and master bedroom replaced. It took two days because the carpet came from a warehouse and by this time it was Feb. The instal went great!!! Josh was the project manager overseeing all of the work. Jen and Karla were easy to get a hold of during this 8 mos. project. Told me timelines the whole way through.We absolutely love our finished project!! It's back together with new flooring and carpet!!! “I called Good To Go to get a quote on Mold Remediation. The owner, Joey Novatney, was so impressive. He came out, looked at the issue and ended up referring a different company. Turns out the issue wasn't as bad as I'd thought and he was honest enough to tell me. The actual problem was that we needed to replace the crappy old fan. He gave us the name of contractors that could do that plus great advice on how to clean up the problem and what to do to prevent it in the future. He spent a good amount of time helping us and then didn't charge us for the service call. Who does that? Such an honest guy! Plus the company he recommended to install the fan was fantastic as well. They ended up doing other work while they were out and charged us such fair prices. Great service all around!“

“Best Contracting Company I have worked with...Very Reasonably priced compared to other company's. Very efficient and quality work. Had them do an encapusulation of our Crawlspace of this 1980 home and add a Dehumidifier. THen called them back to take care of an outbulding that had mold and bad insulation/drywall. Excellent experience with that as well. And finally called them back a third time to remove all insulation from the attic and replace and seal with brand new blowin insulation. Highly recommend them. Fair priced, excellent communication and hard working crews. Get that peace of mind and dont hesitate to use Hausmeister LLC.“

When I later had a question related to the site/layout, he promptly came back out to meet me and discuss my concerns. Erin was also great to communicate with regarding scheduling. The work crew went above and beyond in their work. They were incredibly efficient while paying attention to detail - you'd never know there was digging/trenching. “Had Crawl Pros replace insulation and vapor barrier under the house early in fall. They arrived right on time, they were organized and clean. They sent a lot of pictures following the project. The crew worked really hard and did a fantastic job. My last two utility bills were a lot less than last year and my house (built in 1960) has been warm and toasty even through a recent stretch of freezing temps. I wish I had called them sooner.“
