Came home in Seattle on a Sunday after 4 days gone to water running out our ceiling lights into our basement. I called Tessa Long who I recalled she worked with them. Within minutes I was connected to dispatch up north who assured me they would have someone there within 2 hours on a Sunday. Tessa made sure we had the water off.
They were there in short order set up multiple fans and dehumidifiers. Tessa came Monday to visit the site and spoke to our insurance adjuster which assured them we were doing it right.
