201 Main St #103, Edmonds“I have been seeing Cheree at Pilates Edmonds for over 12 years. When my wife first suggested I try pilates I thought it was going to be easy and a waste of time. I was wrong. Some workouts are very difficult-especially when learning how to do the exercises properly and isolating the muscles we are targeting. I wish I had training like this when I first started in sports as a young kid. I have finally learned a lot of proper techniques for stretching, building core strength (yeah, we think we have it as young athletes but do not) and most importantly for me dealing with injuries and their aftermath. Both sports and my career have lead to injuries resulting in developing ways to compensate and work around these injuries. Cheree has taught me ways to overcome these injuries both old and new. She helps me to not only continue in the sports I love but to regain some of the strength and abilities I thought I had aged out of. I view my time with Cheree as not only some of the best strength training I have ever had but also some of the best physical therapy. Without Cheree I would not be able to enjoy life and sports the way I do today.“

I can tell you it is difficult to find a trainer that truly understands injuries, and how to progress patients. I have sent Kelvin patients recovering from various injuries and he has been nothing but professional and skilled. I have personally trained with him as well and I can't say enough about this man. He is the real deal!“
“I've been seeing Bob since August 2021. Initially I started going to build some healthy habits and get in shape for my Wedding (earlier this month). But i'll continue to see Bob as long as I can! He's motivating, encouraging and makes workouts fun. He's flexible to your schedule and fast to reply if any changes arise. I'd recommend him to anyone looking for that little extra push when it comes to working out. **Side Note** I bought shape wear for my wedding dress, and thanks to Bob I didn't need the additional shape. The front desk is always pleasant, the facility is spotless thanks to Manuel and crew but I mostly come for the Zumba classes and the friends I've made( instructors and other members). Every instructor has their own style and flair so it's always interesting and challenging. I recently started going to Yuko's class on Friday at 8:30 and it has turned into the highlight of my week. She's already attained rock star status thanks to her energy,choreo and music. What a incredible addition to LA Fitness evidenced by a packed house every Friday.“
