    Just completed 10 classes here. It’s a really great workout. The instructors are really helpful, and help with adjustments to make sure you’re doing the move correctly and not getting hurt. There are a ton of class times and they usually don’t get booked up except for some of the weekend classes. I’m really enjoying this workout!

    1,000% RECOMMEND! I’m someone who knows I should work out, and I’m really inconsistent with it. Sometimes it’s decision fatigue, sometimes it’s boring when I’m by myself, or sometimes I’m not pushing myself enough.

    F45 in Kirkland is the perfect 45 minute, zero thinking, HIIT workout that challenges you to get better. It’s totally customizable to beginners to people with expertise! If you wanna focus on strength, go heavy… you want reps? Do reps.

    The music is always great! The music + class environment really keeps you motivated to push through. F45 has really brought consistency to my health routine!

    From someone who hates to workout. I LOVE this class. The vibe is chill, the people are kind, it’s all different skill levels, the music is great and it’s an incredible workout.
