I called on a Fri, they had an appointment booked for the following week without any issue. Tech was prompt and very professional, explaining what he would do and how long it would take. I was able to continue working while he cleaned the ducts. He cleaned up the job after he was complete. Highly recommend!

Before contacting Raymond's Air Conditioner & Heating, I did a lot of research on how air conditioners work. When I explained our situation to several companies (air only works for about an hour, 20-year unit), almost everyone said we needed a new air conditioner. Instead, Raymond's Air Conditioner & Heating suggested that it could be a number of things, and James came out and demonstrated a small refrigerant leak that had reduced the amount of coolant flowing through the system.
