“I loved my experience at Zoomcare! I’ve been trying to get my medical wellness exam at other hospitals with no luck or having to wait 5 months out- I scheduled one at Zoomcare for the following weekend with no problem. I felt like I received better care and service than my usual medical provider. Thomas Chang was very helpful and knowledgeable! Because of the great and easy experience I had with them, I will continue to use Zoomcare for any future health concerns.“

“Upon walk in everybody at the front desk was extremely friendly and offered a beverage while we waited . Wait time , evaluation and a quick procedure all got done within an hour ! Even with how fast the appointment went the care was outstanding. The doctor who did the procedure and the assistant who helped her were both amazing to me and my son (: 10/10 recommend .“

“My visit was for a routine CDL physical renewal. Upon checking my blood pressure it was a little high. The doctor checked it again, and informed me that I should make an appointment with my primary care doctor as it was reading in the hypertension category, she also stressed how important it was to use my maintenance inhaler for my Athama which, could also affect my heart, something I didn't know. Her advice was life saving. I have already emailed my Doctor and setup an appointment in three days.

“I had to wait an hour to see the Dr after getting into the exam room but Dr expanded they had an emergency. No problem for me. He handed it really well. I wish someone would have told me but it all turned out. Great Dr“

There was no line, it was empty. I asked to make an appointment and the woman LOUDLY refused. I explained my doctor asked me to make the appointment, she LOUDLY complained that she has talked to her Manger and said she doesn't have time to make appointments (again no line, no one there). I'm embarrassed, HPPIA? everyone now knows my business right in the middle of the waiting room. It was not professional. I don't think the patient should not be treated this way. Very very poor front end customer service. I asked her to lower he voice before I walked out.“

“Today I visited Swedish Urgent Care. There was no waiting! Lucky me! My examination room was open quickly, after meeting the medical assistants I saw Julia Preuss, PA-C. She explained what she was going to do. She did it gentle with care. She listened well, she was really nice. Thank you, Julia! I had a very good experience at this Urgent Care. I highly recommend it!“

“I’m really surprised at the low rating on this place. I’m a Polyclinic patient so it did help that I already had a virtual appt/rec from my doctor to be seen and tested for strep. I was in and out in 15 mins with my results already in my mychart. I went at noon on a Tuesday. 5 days later I had an allergic reaction to the penicillin and went back in at 6pm (hour to close) on a Monday and was again seen in minutes & out of there in 40 mins after a thorough check up with my prescription ready across the street at CVS. Only one person in the waiting room both times. Everyone was friendly and respectful. I will be returning if I ever need to.“

“Dislocated my shoulder snowboarding recently and found myself here in the most pain I've felt in my life. The staff quickly gave me the meds I needed. Then Doctor Gartner arrived and gave me a clear understanding of the techniques she would be attempting to fix my issue. She tried a few times but my spasmed muscles were not cooperating. She looked deep into my eyes and let me know she had many more techniques. Her confidence gave me so much reassurance. Sure enough she managed to relocate my shoulder and ease my pain. I will forever be grateful for her skills and diligence. She is absolutely an angel. Thank you?“

The facility itself is quiet and well-maintained, making the wait feel less stressful. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, answering all my questions patiently. And once I was called in, the doctor was efficient and attentive—they listened carefully to my concerns and provided clear guidance quickly, no unnecessary delays.
