“In 2019 & 2020 we had a toilet at Cups Espresso & Cafe in downtown Bainbridge Island that would sometimes get clogged after customers used it - oftentimes beyond what we could plunge on our own. Since it was the only restroom, when that happened, we would need assistance quickly. I came across Approved Plumbing using a Google search after all the other plumbers I called one day couldn't come and help us. Adam came over quickly and fixed the issue immediately, and in the several instances after that. He was always super quick and helpful. Then, after the pattern emerged of the toilet being the issue, he researched different types for us to replace it with so we could avoid having to call him to unclog it. With his help and working with our landlord, the old toilet was replaced and we haven't needed to call a plumber for it since. We'll make sure to keep calling Approved Plumbing for other plumbing needs as they arise, but it was wonderful to have someone who not only fixed the short term problem, but also worked with us on a long term solution that would ultimate save us money.“

“I hired "Double Bond Heating and Air" to fix my AC unit. I think that Gabriel is the best AC technician in Washington, very professional and honest. He was able to figure out what the problem was and fix it right away (less than one hour). This company saved me hundreds (maybe thousandth of dollars). Other company, Aqualine, charged me more than $500 for Freon gas and it didn't fix the problem, they wanted to charge me even more to "discover" and "fix" the issue, they lied and told me that it was a leaking issue (very unprofessional).If you have a problem with your Air Conditioner, don't waist your time and your money, hire intermediately "Double Bond Heating and Air"“

“Bowman Refrigeration's In response to the negative review left by Bjorn Ruud:As much as our goal is to provide complete satisfaction to every customer on every job, we know it is inevitable that at some point someone will be unhappy. If it is a result of something we did, we make every effort to make the situation right with as little negative effect on the customer as possible. There are times when the customer is unhappy because he or she has old equipment that we can only do so much with but they want us to try. This is one of those cases.Upon arrival on our first visit the compressor was running so hot that it had clearly sustained damage, although it was still running. We told the customer that we could repair the freezer, but that we could not say how long the compressor might last due to the overheating. We were told to proceed if we could keep the cost under $3,000. We proceeded with the repairs, which came to $3,300. The freezer ran for a while after the repairs but eventually the compressor failed, as we suspected it might. The customer was very upset, so as a courtesy we offered that if he bought the new compressor we would provide labor at no charge to install it. The customer wanted an extended warranty (factory warranty is one year) for no extra charge, essentially passing all risk to us on his old freezer that was purchased used from a third party. We offered a factory extended warranty which comes at a reasonable price, but the customer refused. And here we are being accused of screwing our loyal customers. We never claimed to be perfect but we didn't grow a successful business over 30 plus years by screwing loyal customers.“

Everyone I have had out here, which has been several teams now, arrive on time, and are helpful and kind.Yesterday was no different. Lloyd and his partner were great.
