Bowman Refrigeration's In response to the negative review left by Bjorn Ruud:As much as our goal is to provide complete satisfaction to every customer on every job, we know it is inevitable that at some point someone will be unhappy. If it is a result of something we did, we make every effort to make the situation right with as little negative effect on the customer as possible. There are times when the customer is unhappy because he or she has old equipment that we can only do so much with but they want us to try.
