“Oh my goodness! Rhonda and her team did am amazing job grooming my Shipoo Maxwell. He looked adorable! They were super gentle with him, and got the job done in two hours. The prices are definitely fair, and both Rhonda and the other groomer ( I wish I'd asked her name) were welcoming and fun. They've definitely got a new permanent client as I couldn't be happier with this experience. I'm SO thankful I found them. I had horrible experiences with other groomers and started grooming at home. I physically have a hard time doing so now and am relieved that I have found someone I can trust with my precious fur baby boy. I would give them 10 stars if they were available“

“i'm not a customer, but i live in the neighborhood. my dogs got out one day while i wasn't home and the lovely owners found me on facebook to let me know they had my pups. when i told them i wasn't home they were kind enough to drop them off in my backyard and make sure they were safe. i'll definitely be reaching out if i need any pet services in the future!“

“I groom my mini schnauzer at home but she hates getting her nails clipped or dremeled. I have been to the salon 4 times for a walk in nail trim. The groomers have always been kind, friendly, and fast. I call ahead to be sure someone has time to do a walk in and they have always done her quick service immediately, takes a few minutes rather than the hour plus it would take me to do it. My dog only has to have scary nail time for a couple minutes saving her the stress, extra helpful as her nails are black and grow very quickly. Highly recommend!“

“The staff here is amazing. We have one skittish girl and one friendly, and they were amazing with both. So patient with our skittish girl - especially the male receptionist who talked to her and kept her calm through the nail cutting. He also let us know about a potential medical issue that if not caught early would have been very serious. Amazing place with a wonderful staff. Thank you!“

“I called to schedule my girls for a much needed grooming, left a voicemail, and got a call back the next day. I was able to schedule the girls within two weeks, which was perfect for me.
A few days before the appointment I received both a text and email reminder, which was very helpful. The day of the grooming, I met Dee, she is very pleasant and welcoming. I dropped the girls off, and Dee said it would be 3-4 hours to finish them both, and she was closer to the 3 hour mark. The girls seemed even happier than their previous grooming appointments. They each got cute bandanas, smell great, and the grooming is impeccable. I am very pleased with how well they both turned out.“

“I have a black lab so the need the get him “groomed” isn’t a thing. I bathe him at home and have his vet for the nails and vax but I’m certain that’s about to change.

Kayla C and Victoria C were so sweet! Knowing this was our first visit, the process was explained so I knew what to expect. They are well trained for nippy/feisty babies and take precaution not to stress the pups too much. They took very good care of Sailor and although he wasn’t too pleased for the nail trimming, I know he enjoyed his time at Petco located in Puyallup.
