This vet office makes the difference in animal care and for the owners who are trying to find solutions. I have a sick kitty and the staff here have been so caring, attentive and informative as they help navigate what may be going on. They are also very gentle with discussing pricing and making sure they do what they can under the best circumstances for you and your pet. I will continue to bring animals here and look forward to having a trust worthy, compassionate and fair priced vet to take my beloved fur babies to.

Cindy Chang DVM exceeded expectations in her work with our dog Bentley. Her caring approach, thorough & unrushed communication about his condition were exceptional. Questions were answered with professionalism & all concerns addressed. The visit was also very well managed by the staff at the desk & the assistant, Betsy, during our short stay. Hours of operation on Sunday were helpful, & value for services received, reasonable. South Hill Animal Hospital employs a team approach while serving & building relationships in our community.

Started coming here a few years ago when we had a devastating experience at a different location. Everyone at SH has always been friendly and kind, specially during difficult moments. I trust them with my pets and like that everyone, front staff included, are friendly and professional.
