The team is friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about pets and their owners. The waiting room is large with two areas, including a fairly closed-off space that is very helpful. Outside, there is a potty area with bags and a can. Communication from the veterinarians is clear, and wait times are usually short, often no more than 10 minutes after the appointment time. Despite some dogs feeling uneasy during visits, the staff’s kindness and professionalism make every visit a positive experience. I took my pomchi in who has behavior issues and they were so good to him. He didn't growl or anything at the tech or the Dr. You can tell everyone that works there are animals lovers. I think they spoke more to my dogs than me haha. Prices are fair and both times I was given options to save money without ever compromising the care of my dogs. Im so glad my mother in law recommended them! I recommended them to by neighbors who just got 2 new kittens
This is the first time I've ever taken my dog in for her vaccines and wasn't allowed to be in the room with her.
I took her in about 3 weeks ago for a slight leg injury and to update her vaccines. They let me in the exam room with her, then when I took her in yesterday for a booster, they wouldn't let me in the exam room... I don't understand why.
I seriously like every one there, they were phenomenal with my dog and I appreciate that.
Can't say enough about Dr. ANDERSON, and EVERYONE that works there. They've been with me through 3 dogs, and I would never take my kids ro any other vet. They love them as much as we do, and will go WAY above and beyond to help you in any way they can. Our pup is diabetic and blind. Dr
Anderson removed one eye that could not be saved, and we are currently trying to save the other one. My little Ivy gets all the live and care she needs from Spanaway Vet.
