We took our maltipoo here for the first time today to be groomed. She is absolutely terrified of groomers, and we have had a hard time finding a place that would have the patience the get much done with her. Leah was our groomer, and she took her time with Gracie and wa super nice and patient. Gracie looks like a new dog...a very beautiful new dog!! We will keep bringing her here for sure!! The staff here are always friendly and helpful, which I definitely appreciate! Overall, though, it’s a pretty basic Petco, not much different from any other location. I wish they carried a wider selection of premium brands, offered better sales, and had more variety throughout the store.
And can we please show the cats a little more love? 😂 It always feels like dogs get all the attention while the cat section gets the bare minimum. More cat food brands, toys, treats, and accessories would be amazing!

I have been going to the Puyallup Petco for close to 20 years. Recently I have discovered JustfoodforDogs. A particular type that agrees with my dogs digestive system. I noticed there wasn't any on the shelf. Josh was really helpful and quick to check the backroom. Found what I needed and proceeded to put up with my questions to verify the store inventory. My only suggestion is to have enough staff to put as much stock on the floor as possible. This store is really close to where I live, its convenient to check the store shelf physically, then order online to pick-up in store after running errands.
