I’m new to Bonnie Lake Dog House, but Heather has groomed my sweet and often wiggly Maisey (9lb shih-poo) since I got her over 7 years ago. Heather listens to what I want each time, which is great since I like to change Maisey’s cuts based off of the season or my mood. Maisey always looks adorable after her grooming, and she knows it! Heather S did a fantastic job with my 12 year old yorkies nails. He normally freaks out and he didn't make a sound or try to get away. She had them done so fast and they were perfect
I brought my husky mix in for her first nail trim and everyone in the shop was so great to her that she did amazing. She got the nervous poops 💩 which is embarrassing but they just said no big and carried on like it was part of the process. My dog even let them trim her pad fur! I was nervous how she would react but she did awesome. We will definitely be back. Next time we'll push it with a full on bath 😁
