My dog (Johnny) and cat (Blue) have been to Tails several times over the years. We used to have a guinea pig that went too (RIP, Muffin). Christina, Dale, and their staff have been amazing with their care and communication every single time! 10/10. I should mention that Blue is sweet to us, but is an absolute nightmare for anyone she doesn't know and she was definitely a handful for them. They gave me honest feedback, but also gave Blue grace and never banned her, even though she definitely deserved it. Lol.

We take our dogs here for a Saturday when we take off for the day. Our dogs are always tired, go in without hesitation. The no hesitation on my dogs part tells me they enjoy the time. I finally used them for a few nights. I had high anxiety over it. Knowing my dogs were together at night helped me relax. Yes, we continue to use them

This place is wonderful all the way around. They are very accommodating for senior pets as well as young ones. Would not trust any other place. As for the bad reviews? Question the authors. Seems like a personal problem to me. You won’t be disappointed should you bring your babies here. You can leave them and know in your heart they are well taken care of!
