“The staff here is amazing. We have one skittish girl and one friendly, and they were amazing with both. So patient with our skittish girl - especially the male receptionist who talked to her and kept her calm through the nail cutting. He also let us know about a potential medical issue that if not caught early would have been very serious. Amazing place with a wonderful staff. Thank you!“

“I called to schedule my girls for a much needed grooming, left a voicemail, and got a call back the next day. I was able to schedule the girls within two weeks, which was perfect for me.
A few days before the appointment I received both a text and email reminder, which was very helpful. The day of the grooming, I met Dee, she is very pleasant and welcoming. I dropped the girls off, and Dee said it would be 3-4 hours to finish them both, and she was closer to the 3 hour mark. The girls seemed even happier than their previous grooming appointments. They each got cute bandanas, smell great, and the grooming is impeccable. I am very pleased with how well they both turned out.“

“I have a black lab so the need the get him “groomed” isn’t a thing. I bathe him at home and have his vet for the nails and vax but I’m certain that’s about to change.

Kayla C and Victoria C were so sweet! Knowing this was our first visit, the process was explained so I knew what to expect. They are well trained for nippy/feisty babies and take precaution not to stress the pups too much. They took very good care of Sailor and although he wasn’t too pleased for the nail trimming, I know he enjoyed his time at Petco located in Puyallup.
