The technician was timely and professional. I very much appreciated that he did not mind my observing and explained what he was doing and why. Well, it was all much more complicated than I imagined! I will not hesitate to call Hamilton Heating & Cooling for help if this situation arises again!
Ken arrived at the exact time quoted and professionally fixed the furnace issue I was experiencing! His knowledge and concise explanation put me at ease. Am proud of my decision to call them. It’s such a great feeling to work with a company that you can trust! Recommended, Hamilton Heating & Cooling is the best!
Hamilton Heating & Cooling came out same day when my heat stopped working in middle of winter. They were able to fix a clogged part same day, too without any other parts. Great customer service and honest company- if anything else goes wrong with my HVAC, I know who to call. Thank you!
