Friendly and professional. He completely serviced our gas fireplace. Drake fixed anything that needed to be fixed or replaced anything that was needed. Thrilled to have found him and his company. I would use BC Fireplace cleaning and Chimney sweep again in a heartbeat and I would recommend them to everyone.
