It is also impressive how proactive and responsive Leslie was; she abided by her word, made extra effort to correct things up, and tried her best in resolving issues and answering questions. It is also deserved to be noted that their installation crew was very efficient and organized.

I wished that the rest of the WSB employees could look up to Leslie and learn from her working ethnics, which takes a big role in showing attention and care to customers. Her persistence in seeking a satisfied solution rather than to ignore the problem or compromise has made her service to the next level.“

“RMR was awesome to work with. Tyler came out and give me an estimate quickly. His price was fair and he didn't sell me a bunch of things that I don't need. The heat pump was replaced in a day and our system is working great!“
