Jason came to check on my heat pump after a plumber told me the water leak I had in my home, was coming from my heat pump. Jason immediately figured out that the leak was not coming from my heat pump, and he actually figured out where the leak was coming from which had nothing to do with my heat pump. Jason went above and beyond to help me and I felt completely comfortable having him in my home. Since Jason was at my house, I have had a plumber come and fix the leak that Jason found! Five stars all around for Jason and for WSB!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Service: HVAC duct & vent repair

Needed to replace the 30 year old furnace in our 100 year old house. Decided to upgrade with a heat pump system. WSB was recommended to us by another service person. When Bill came out to do the estimate, he was so very professional, thorough, and explained everything so that I could understand it. He made a couple of additional recommendations which really made sense. The estimate was extremely detailed and I felt confident in the information.
