“I hired Neucon Construction to repair floors damaged by a leaking appliance. Neucon was fantastic to work with from the first phone call to the end of the project. They were prompt in responding to emails and phone calls. They kept me informed of everything I needed to know along the way. They negotiated with my insurance adjuster so that I didn't have to. They showed up on time every single day (I have never seen a contractor do this before). Everyone I had contact with at Neucon was pleasant, friendly, and highly personable. Having them in my home was a positive experience. Even the subcontractors involved were great. While my project was relatively minor (removing old LVP flooring, installing new LVP flooring, baseboards, and replacing some insulation in the crawlspace), and it was an insurance job, Neucon treated me like I was important and getting my home repaired quickly and correctly was important to them. The quality of the work performed is excellent. Again, it was a relatively small and easy project, but everything Neucon did looks great. It's difficult for me to comment on the price as my project was paid for by my homeowners insurance. But the amount paid, I'd say is more than reasonable for the quality of work done. I would highly recommend Neucon Construction to anyone and I anticipate hiring them again.“
