Janes demolished my condo unit’s failed lightweight concrete sub floor and replaced it with a perfect gypsum concrete pour. This project was frankly an insanely difficult one, but they handled it professionally and precisely. The unit is in Queen Anne and in the back corner of the building. They worked on a steep grade and hauling through a very limited elevator. They addressed all my fears and I could not be happier with the result. I have to stress the difficulty of the logistic constraints presented by the building and hill grade that they worked around. If I ever need similar work done again, I’ll be calling them back. Highly recommended
Janes leveled out basement. It was a complex job, and due to a mistake that was more of my fault than theirs, a small area needed to be re-poured. They were very responsive and came out right a way and fixed it up. I appreciated their service.
This is an update to my previous review. Jane’s came through for us this morning and poured the radiant heating slab exactly as promised. Great quality work indeed.
