“We had Verum help us with a bedroom addition to our house and they did a great job from project scoping and assessment all the way through build and move (back) in. They provided clear documentation on the work that was going to be done, told us what was needed with the city, and the process of construction was done with care as we were living in the space while they were building the addition. Our project manager Andy was easy to get a hold and provided weekly status updates, their crew was respectful of our home and setup, and their subcontractors were nice and easy to work with as well. Unexpected issues were clearly explained to us, followed up with documentation for tracking, and resolutions were handled in a timely fashion. Overall they made what could've been a very tough and painful process very smooth for us and we always felt that they were part of our team during this process.
