Thank you so much to Japheth Richards and team! We called them after previous contractors continuously flaked on appointments. We had just about lost faith in contractors as a group. But Japheth showed up on time (the first time!), provided us a clear estimate range for repairing our roof leak (got us the estimate THAT DAY), scheduled the work within a week, and kept AMAZING communication with us the entire time. He also took a look at some other projects we have coming up (re-roofing the ADU and remodeling our upstairs bathroom) and provided us with a reasonable estimate for those projects. Japheth was great at accommodating my needs in a timely fashion. One of the things that tends to lack in the industry, but is much appreciated is high levels of communication. I understand challenges happen, that's life, but its great when your contractor is understanding and communicates well with what is happening at all times.
We had a great experience with RichCo for installing a storm door for us. Japheth messaged us after an online inquiry and was proactive in all initial communication and responsive to texts, calls, and emails. He gave us an overview of the processes involved and assured us that working on small projects, such as ours, are what they take care of in between their larger jobs. I found some door options I was interested in and he was able to source them and get us pricing estimates, and he showed up at our home to take the measurements needed for project planning.
