Dave is the Project Manager on our complete reclad here in Port Ludlow and he has been great to work with. He has been on site over a year and always has time to address individual tenant issues and has held up the highest standards for his crew and eith the sub-contractors as well. He is constantly vigilant, checking work in progress and scheduling so as to minimize inconvenience to us tenants. Thank you CDK for sending Dave to handle our project. He's the best!

Our Queen Anne condo's experience working with Nahshon and his team was exceptional. Years after our exterior renovation project, Nahshon continues to be a solid resource, quick to respond, an excellent communicator, and just an all around great person.
