“I wanted to share that my one on one Ayurveda wellness sessions with Josie have been super helpful. I now have a specialized daily routine for my body in the way I care for my internal and external health. I feel so much better and she was able to guide me to change some habits I have had for most of my life that were no longer serving me. I highly recommend Josie if you’re interested in what Ayurveda can offer you! ❤️“

“TruFusion is an amazing place that has really ignited a fire in me to start a fitness journey. The environment is SO supportive and welcoming, no matter what you look like, or how fit you are. The instructors are very encouraging and the classes are easy to follow. You’re encouraged to go at your own pace and never made to feel bad if you can’t keep up. I love the variety they offer, and the hot classes are AMAZING. They have ample lockers and the locker rooms are nice. The mat and towel rentals are nice to have. Overall, it’s been worth every penny and for the first time in my life I look forward to working out!“

“Forget about the negative reviews you see, there are still some legit managers. I have tried so many managers and I got scammed until I met Mrs SOPHIA JAMES fx, she's 100% legit and reliable. I just made my 3rd withdrawal all by myself without any extra charges. This time I invested $2500 and profited $26,320. Email : [email protected] Whats-app: +17075598033 Don't hesitate.“

TajYoga

9250 14th Ave NW #2, Seattle
TajYoga Yoga

“As a dedicated yoga student for over twenty years I've taken classes at a myriad of studios and from a variety of teachers. Taj Yoga is an incredible studio and founder and teacher Theresa Elliot is a master of her craft and is always evolving and growing, sharing her enthusiasm and smart, safe movement practices in exciting ways without being snooty or woo-woo. Her classes are always fun and a good workout and I've learned immensely from her. The space is beautiful too with high ceilings, great light and solid maple floors. I also regularly attend Dylan Noebels early morning yoga classes here and have reviewed him independently under A-1 Yoga.“

Twist Yoga - Richmond Beach Yoga

“Twist is the best yoga studio I’ve found nearby. They are so welcoming, every teacher I’ve had has greeted me with kindness as I walk in. They have such an amazing beginners price for $48 you get unlimited month long yoga (worth it). And not only that but every single class exemplifies the 8 limbs of yoga; such an important part in respecting the practice of yoga and avoiding appropriation. Both the Richmond and Edmonds studios have easy parking and are perfectly cozy and I have always felt right at home even from the start! Thank you to Twist and all of the wonderful teachers and staff that make it what it is!“

201 Main St #103, Edmonds
Pilates Edmonds Yoga

“I have been seeing Cheree at Pilates Edmonds for over 12 years. When my wife first suggested I try pilates I thought it was going to be easy and a waste of time. I was wrong. Some workouts are very difficult-especially when learning how to do the exercises properly and isolating the muscles we are targeting. I wish I had training like this when I first started in sports as a young kid. I have finally learned a lot of proper techniques for stretching, building core strength (yeah, we think we have it as young athletes but do not) and most importantly for me dealing with injuries and their aftermath. Both sports and my career have lead to injuries resulting in developing ways to compensate and work around these injuries. Cheree has taught me ways to overcome these injuries both old and new. She helps me to not only continue in the sports I love but to regain some of the strength and abilities I thought I had aged out of. I view my time with Cheree as not only some of the best strength training I have ever had but also some of the best physical therapy. Without Cheree I would not be able to enjoy life and sports the way I do today.“

Shanti Living Wellness Yoga

“Restorative yoga is healing for your spirit, mind and body. Shanti Living Wellness center in Poulsbo, Washington encompasses this concept. Kym is a master class teacher and very knowledgeable in all things Ayurvedic. Deep breathing exercises are practiced. Long holding poses exemplify the need for muscle release. You will finish the yoga session feeling renewed and relaxed as well as looking forward to your next class. The sound bowls, gong and wind chimes vibrations clear the energy of your body. Your chakras will thank you. And lastly, she uses tuning forks placed by the ears to tune out negative energy and thoughts from your mind. Yoga mats are provided as well as props such as blocks, straps, bolsters and blankets. I highly recommend it. 10 out of 10.“

5AM - 11PM

1416 NW Ballard Way, Seattle
LA Fitness Yoga

“LA Fitness is what it is, a gym with a place to move and be in a community of other people interested in moving. Some group classes here are exceptional like yoga on Friday at 11am, and kickboxing on Monday at 5:45pm. Group classes are in a room with big windows so if class slows down, one can watch the rains or birds or the rays through rolling clouds. The parking garage can be the most challenging part of this business and there can be confusion about how to get a free pass for a guest: sign in at the front desk early to make it in time for a class and then you will have to wait to connect with a manager before getting free access. I haven’t tried the pool or the courts but the sauna is nice and the bathrooms are cleaned regularly.“
