“Anthony and his team have gone over and above to help me get what I need and fixed an initial hiccup. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is the limited selection available. More colors, more fashionable and fun frames are needed to complete this eyewear store. This is clearly a shortfall of Costco’s corporate management, since it has been the same experience in every one of their stores forever.

I wonder what the experience would be like if every store could choose their own selection from most suppliers, and not be confined to the el-cheapo deals Costco strikes with its suppliers.“

“I was very hesitant to come here after reading the reviews but was pleasantly surprised! Came in to be seen by a dermatologist for an acne consultation at 11. I was immediately able to walk up to the check-in counter. Sharon helped me and was very kind. I was seen within 2 minutes of sitting down so right at my appointment time. I was seen by Jennifer Pinson who was very nice as well. They were knowledgeable and answered my questions. Even told me the price of the prescription. Check out was easy and a younger blonde female helped me schedule my next appointment. I was in and out within 20 minutes. Overall, great experience!“

I stopped by the Walmart Vision Center in Federal Way today in pretty rough shape—my glasses were barely hanging on, one lens had popped out, and the frame was broken. I’m legally blind, so this was a big deal for me. That’s when Jessica helped me, and let me tell you… she was amazing.

She fixed my glasses with care and patience, made sure the lens was secure, and helped me walk out seeing clearly again. She was incredibly positive, kind, and didn’t hesitate to help even though she had no idea I planned to leave a review.

Jessica, if you see this: thank you for being such a kind soul. You turned a stressful moment into a really good one, and I appreciate you more than words can say. You made my whole day better. Walmart is lucky to have someone like you.“

She did all the normal things eye doctors do, but her explanations and time spent with me was what set her apart. “I recently went to Walmart Vision for my eye exam and new glasses. The dr was so very patient and kind! I get anxiety when things or people touch my eyes, and he was very understanding. Explained every step before he did it, answered all of my questions with kindness and very knowledgeable.

The glasses also went really well! They have a lot of choices, they were also patient and explained everything throughout the process. Told me I would get my glasses in approximately 7 days - but they came so much faster than that! Experience was good, and I 100% recommend.“
