A few days ago I had my third annual eye exam with Dr. Phan. I used to go to Kaiser Permenante’s Eye Clinic but it’s nearly impossible to get an appointment within two months. Dr. Phan has greater availability and better yet, does a much better job of explaining what she’s doing during the exam.
We just got our eye exams here for the first time and we couldn’t have been more pleased. Office staff super informative , kind and helpful . Doctor was very thorough , kind and made sure we had all our questions answered.
Best eye doctor appointment I’ve had. I saw Dr. Pham today as a new patient and couldn’t be happier so far. She did all the normal things eye doctors do, but her explanations and time spent with me was what set her apart. She and the front desk staff were very friendly and knowledgable and I’ll definitely be going back.
