After shopping at Fred Meyer, we stopped in at Vista Optical so that my mom could get her three glasses adjusted to fit better. Diana was very helpful and friendly. She knew exactly what to do to make sure my mom‘s glasses fit really well. We appreciated her professional abilities.

I ordered my glasses in December during the buy 1 get 2 free special. Aaron took such great care to explain the procedure since I brought in my prescription from my optometrist. I brought a friend to help decide on the best ones, and the staff stepped back and let me try on at le as st 30 frames. One that I had chosen was the last available and Aaron found one that I liked even better.
I've been wearing these glasses a month now and I still love them.
I also appreciated the follow-up call from the manager. Sarah?, a couple of days after pickup.
In all, I felt really well taken care of. Thank you!
