About Willows Eye Care
Willows Eye Care provides a contrasting experience for some customers. In the past, appointments were rushed, with doctors barely speaking and being in and out quickly. However, today's visit was a positive one, with a doctor who was thorough, kind, and explained the patient's condition and treatment options in detail. This doctor also helped the patient pick out suitable glasses, despite them being quite expensive. The reception staff is friendly and helpful. Dr. Chung, in particular, has received high praise for being kind, caring, diligent, and knowledgeable. He provides excellent customer service, making patients feel comfortable and at ease during their visit. Willows Eye Care seems to have the potential to provide top-notch eye care, but past experiences may vary.
I specifically asked the receptionist how long it would take to get my kids glasses back. She said two weeks. I told her I had waited over a month at another place. she looked appalled and reassured me it would be two weeks. Here we are a month later with nothing. Not even a call. I called twice and emailed still no response. Additionally, the Doctor told my son his meds wouldn't work and/or they would affect his eyesight if he didn't take them every day when actually his meds aren't the type you need to take daily, only as needed. Why are you giving advice about dr prescribed meds for ADHD at an eye appointment?
I've been going to willow eye care for years, and not only do I feel like their family but they have always done wonderful with caring for my eyes. I got my first contact fitting today, and not only was I given patience, clear instruction, but also the time to try and practice by myself. I constantly feel the care from everyone and my family also loves them.
Switched over a few years ago for my daughter and ended up switching for myself and my husband, Staff has always been helpful and friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I have several medical issues and they have been very accommodating and upfront with costs, I couldn't ask for a better place to go!
