“I had the BEST appointment at Proctor Vision! I hadn’t had an eye exam in forever, and was a little nervous and expecting the worst, and the team at Proctor Vision made me so comfortable! “Honestly I was VERY nervous to come in for an exam today to the point I almost cancelled. They have an option to test with nothing going directly in my eye which is a game changer. Amy was amazing , if it was up to me she’d be getting a raise ! The admin were nice and the doctor has a very calming and light presence. However disappointing that Olympia area hearing aid repair services have been discontinued and no accommodation to Olympia patients traveling this additional milage. Why can't repair & clinical testing be scheduled for same day? Or, better yet, restore full hearing aid services to Olympia community.“
