My first experience wasn't great. Was reassured over the phone there would be no way the appointment would go over an hour and a half. It was almost 2 1/2 hours before I got to leave. Also, nothing to do with this particular eye center but the glasses choices for kids on Molina Insurance is embarrassing.
The staff at Kosnoski have always been super helpful and kind to me and my kids. My son has broken his glasses multiple times and they always take care of him right away. They look out for their customers to make sure they are getting the best service and warranty available. Thank you Kosnoski Crew!
Dr. Flaherty and the entire staff at Kosnoski Eye Care Puyallup are simply the best. Our first visit for my ten year old son was absolutely wonderful. The front desk staff, doctor, doctors assistant, and optician were all caring, patient, informative, and personable. The outstanding level of service we received today can be difficult to find, so we are very excited to have established care here.
